1. When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) after you place your order and receive confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 7-15 days depending on destination and shipping status.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Use this number on our tracking page to check the status of your order.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Couturecove.store charges a flat shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused, with all original tags and packaging.

Promotional or deeply discounted items are not eligible for returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5. What if I want to cancel my order?

You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled, but you can still return the item according to our returns policy.

6. What should I do if my package is lost or not received?

Couturecove.store is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages, but we are here to help.

If the tracking number says the order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the notification.

7. How long does it take to refund?

Once a return is accepted, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service.
