1. Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are finalized daily at 6:00 PM (CST).

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday) from the time the order is placed and approved.

Note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time.

Customers will receive a notification email with a tracking number when the order is dispatched.

For orders with multiple items, you may receive a separate tracking number for each item and packages may arrive on different days.

2. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for orders is 7-15 days.

However, this time may vary depending on the delivery location and other factors, such as delays from the shipping company or logistics situation.

Couturecove.store will notify customers in case of any changes that affect the delivery time.

3. Shipping Costs

A flat shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders makes it easy for customers to manage costs without worrying about hidden fees.

4. Shipping Locations

Currently, Couturecove.store only supports shipping within the United States, and we are committed to safe and timely delivery.

We partner with reputable shipping companies to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and reliably.

5. Shipping Company

Couturecove.store uses shipping services from USPS to ensure the high quality and safety of your orders.

Customers will receive order tracking information via email after the order is processed so they can track the delivery journey.

6. Order Tracking

Customers will receive a confirmation email or text message with the tracking code and order tracking link.

To track your order, you can visit our tracking page or check your delivery confirmation email.

Note: Couturecove.store is NOT responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages but is committed to assisting customers in these situations.

If your package has not been delivered or the tracking number shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service within 3 days of notification for further assistance.
