1. Return period – 30 days
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive the item. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
It must be unused, unwashed and undamaged.
It must have its original labels and packaging intact.
Promotional or deeply discounted items are not eligible for returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Return Process

Name of item you would like to return
Reason for return
Support will review your request and send you detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Step 2: Send the item back
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Method
After we receive and inspect the item, we will refund via your original payment method:
PayPal or Payoneer: The money will be transferred to the PayPal or Payoneer account you used to make the payment.
Refund processing time may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
5. Ineligible for a refund
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following cases:
The product does not meet the return conditions (used, damaged, missing labels).
Refund requests must be submitted after 30 days from the date of receipt.
The product is in a non-returnable category such as deeply discounted items.
6. Cancellation of order
To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled. However, you can still return the product according to our return policy.
